Shipping and Returning Policy

Exchange & Return

Wrong ring size? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after you receive the item. Please contact me for an arrangement. Kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping fee back, and there is a small additional exchange shipping fee to proceed.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn and in perfect condition. Please contact me for an arrangement within 30 days.

Delivery

I alway try my best to drop the package at USPS as soon as possible, usually in the next business day after your order. 

Kindly note that the delivery may be longer due to customs or some rare circumstances. If you have any issues, please contact me for further help.

You will see the estimated delivery dates on your "Purchases" page. If the package is delayed or missing, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help you.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
