Shipping and Returning Policy

 



Exchange & Return

If your jewelry doesn't fit or you need an exchange, I’m here to help! Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn and in perfect condition within 30 days. Please contact me at shanalijewelrystore@gmail.com to arrange an exchange or return.

Once your request is received, I typically process exchanges within 1-2 business days. Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Delivery

I alway try my best to drop the package at USPS as soon as possible, usually in the next business day after your order. 

Kindly note that the delivery may be longer due to customs or some rare circumstances. If you have any issues, please contact me for further help.

You will see the estimated delivery dates on your "Purchases" page. If the package is delayed or missing, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help you.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
